It is also suggested to carry food, water, spare tube, basic tool kit, emergency contact information and ID. All rides are subject to change without notice. The COCAC ride starts PROMPTLY at 5:15 a.m. from the Corner of Carmel and Colony. The ride is a 26 mile loop.  On Tuesdays, there are two groups: The Peloton (“A” Group) which averages 22 – 24 mph and Chase One (“B” Group) which averages 17 – 19 mph.  Although much of the route is well-lit, front and rear lights are required for safety.

An easy paced ride from Unknown Brewery at 6:15 PM Fridays through July 29. We ride as a group to the Booty Loop,  ride for a few laps and then as a group ride back to Unknown.  Pace varies and is person specific. It's a loop so ride as fast or slow as you want and then meet at the top of the hill in church lot at 7:15 PM for the group ride back to Unknown.

2nd FRIDAY of Each Month: The No Labels Ride is an open to all ride. It is a Monthly Ride held on the 2nd Friday of each month. This LGBTQ geared ride welcomes everyone. You don't have to identify specifically as part of the LGBTQ community. The ride's goal is to have an open ride for the community by the community. Bar Agron has agreed to open its doors to the ride and is also a Bike Benefits business. This ride is geared to all ability levels. It will be a 10-15 mile social ride at a 9-12 mph pace.
