36th Street Racing hosts and participates in regular group rides, charity events, and races in the area. We do our best to make sure that everyone gets to ride at a pace they can handle, with scheduled regroup points along the designated route. Non-members are always welcome.

COCAC5:15
If you are looking for the best early morning training ride in Charlotte then this is it! The COCAC is an early morning bicycle training ride in Southeast Charlotte, NC founded by Peter Levinson. The COCAC rolls every weekday from the corner of Carmel and Colony roads at 5:15AM, SHARP, Verizon time. The ride is 25.9 miles with 1,100 vertical feet of climbing and ends back at the starting point. This is a show and go ride and riders are welcome to carefully join or leave the ride at any point during the ride and should be prepared to communicate, navigate and and fix their own common mechanical issues. Headphones, tri-bikes, and brakeless single speed bikes are discouraged for safety reasons.

Conte’s Mtb Ride
Join us every Wednesday at 6 pm for an exhilarating group ride starting from Contes Bike Charlotte. We'll be heading over to the picturesque Ballantyne District trails, just a mile away from the store! These trails offer the perfect terrain for riders of all levels, so there's something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out. But wait, there's more! After the ride, join us back at Contes Bike Charlotte for some well-deserved refreshments. We'll have light food and adult drinks available so you can refuel and relax with fellow riders.

Cornelius Cycling Club
The Cornelius Cycling Club is a voluntary group of non-competitive cyclists who mostly also have a common interest in craft beer.
We hold a weekly group ride on Wednesday nights, leaving from Lost Worlds Brewing Company at 6pm, on the Jetton Peninsula of Lake Norman. It’s a scenic and relatively safe 25-30 mile loop.
We welcome everybody, any time, to join our rides, as long as you’re willing to ride safely in a pace line.

Our Mission is to provide all types of opportunities for women mountain bikers, from beginners to experts. The Dirt Divas are a mountain biking club for women of all ages and skill levels who share an enthusiasm for mountain biking and cycling. With fun and fitness in mind, Dirt Diva rides encourage a safe and supportive environment for women who ride the trails. HopFly Cycling is part of Over the Edge Cycling Club - a charitable 501c3 organization that organizes cycling events that help raise awareness and money for important organizations like the National MS Society, Alzheimer's Association, and 24 Hours of Booty to name a few. Bike & Brew was a program started in Charlotte North Carolina. By hosting a weekly mini-event to help cyclists train - our sponsors are able to contribute to charity based on the number of riders that participated in the rides.

LUBE - Leisurely Urban Bicycle Explorations. Weekend rides, very easy pace, laid-back folks with a flip-flops and flannels vibe. We typically roll away from Moxie Mercantile / Common Market in Plaza Midwood, every Saturday morning, weather permitting. Exact times/dates announced during the week prior. Matthews Cycling Club, formerly Mojo Cycles, is a group of a few dozen cyclists riding together through the low-traffic areas of Matthews and Indian Trail, typically at an advanced pace exceeding 19mph. Mooresville Area Cyclists
We are a group of passionate cycling enthusiasts dedicated to the sport we love. MAC welcomes riders of all ages and levels. We are located in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. We believe in our communities as much as we believe in our sport and we do what we can to help in our communities as well. MAC has donated close to $100,000 to local charities over the years, raised through our charity ride. We also have groups that volunteer at the local soup kitchens, and clear debris from local roads through the NC Adopt-A-Highway program. We would love for you to be a part of our cycling community.

RHBC Monday Night Rides
The Rock Hill Bicycle Club (RHBC) represents a collection of road, mountain, criterium, gravel, and track riders, and has been in existence since the late 1970's. Known for its growing sports market, York County is one of the fastest growing regions in the United States, just minutes south of Charlotte, NC. While many RHBC members reside in York County many others hail from neighboring Lancaster and Chester Counties as well as North Carolina cyclists from Mecklenburg, Gaston and Union Counties.

The Rocky River Road Club is a USCF sanctioned bicycle club based in the Lake Norman area of greater Charlotte, NC. The club consists of racing and social riders whose primary goal is to promote the sport of cycling by encouraging safe and responsible cycling.
The club sponsors the Annual Polar Bear Metric Century which benefits the Ada Jenkins Community Center located in Davidson, NC.

Sun & Ski Charlotte Sunday Ride
Encourage and support all team members to achieve their personal fitness, recreational, and competitive goals while building camaraderie within the cycling community.
We ride Sunday mornings (weather permitting) from the Sun & Ski Charlotte store parking lot (Promenade on Providence Shopping Center). Route consists of rolling hills through South Charlotte, Waxhaw, Marvin, NC and Lancaster County, SC. We host multiple groups and riders of all skill levels are welcome.
Sun & Ski Group Ride aims to raise awareness of the Cycling community to help promote wellness through structured and organized rides. Sun & Ski Group Ride also strives to create an environment that is welcoming to riders of all skill levels and will continue to support a "no drop" policy, where no one gets left behind or left out.

Sunday Coffee Ride
We leave from Devil's Logic Brewing, 1426 E. 4th St, every Sunday at 9am (10am winter) - parking garage across 4th street. Every week there will be a new route. Routes are typically 20-25 miles through different areas of Charlotte. We may stop around the 15-18 mile mark for coffee, juice bar or light breakfast and/or Devil's Logic after for a drink (or 5).
Safety is paramount! Helmets are required! Lights, headlight and taillight, are highly suggested. We will experience hill climbs, so gears are highly suggested. Come on out and join us for a ride! See the QC from a different perspective!

Sunday Morning Coffee Warriors Ride Feat. The Horrible Wingmen
This is an inclusive ride. We are as strong as our weakest length. We will ride as one group and split to a second group,third depending on participation. The goal is a 17-18 average. Overall goal is to stay together,ride safely together,and not blow up the ride. Just note sometimes the speed may be below 17 or over 18 depending on the group as long as everyone is consistent.

Tarheel Trailblazers
The Tarheel Trailblazers Mountain Bike Association was founded in 1990 by a handful of local mountain bike enthusiasts. The Trailblazers is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, recognized as tax exempt in October 1997. Over the years the association has grown to over 650 resourceful, energetic and active men and women of all ages. Our volunteers work directly with local land managers, building and assisting in the maintenance of over 110 miles of carefully constructed, sustainable mountain bike trails, in the Metro – Charlotte region. We are the voice of advocacy for mountain bikers and our goal is to build and maintain trails for all mountain bikers to enjoy for generations to come.

The Spoke Easy - Easy Urban Ride
Each Wednesday we embark on an Adventure Ride from the shop. Meet at 6pm, ride 7pm.
Sometimes we explore new trails, sometimes it's an Urban Loop. During the summer, we ride at least once to Latta Plantation. We try to make it back by 9pm for a beer at the shop.

The Spoke Easy - Saturday Easy Ride
Can't always make it to our Wednesday rides? We got you! Come join us on a fun, casual ride where the whole family is invited, with no one being left behind. Each week we'll mix it up and have different ride leaders and interesting destinations, so stay tuned to see what we've got up our sleeve. We meet at the shop at 12:00 PM and the ride leaves at 12:30 PM. Rides will be roughly 8-10 miles with a chill party pace, and returning to the shop about 2:30 PM.

Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte - South
Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte - South offers a Wednesday evening group ride for advanced and intermediate road cyclists. At 6pm, two groups roll out from the store parking lot approximately 5 minutes apart and ride towards the rolling hills and open country roads of Marvin/Waxhaw. The first group includes both an unsupported A ride (30 miles at 18+mph) as well as a B group with a ride leader (38 miles at 20mph); the A and B group leave together and typically split after a 5-6 mile neutral warmup.
The second rollout includes a B2 group. The B2 group features a 31 mile route at a target pace of 18-19mph, and it has both a ride leader and sweeper. While officially a 'show & go' format, the B2 group aims to keep as many riders together as feasibly possible. This is not a no-drop ride and is currently a show and go format.
