Distance - 27 miles
Type - Show and go. Know your way home if you are dropped by last group
Level - Intermediate to advanced
Pace A+ 22 - 24 mph with some surges
A 21 mph
B 19 - 20 mph
C 18 - 19 mph
Route - Airport loop
Depending on who shows up, there may or may not be 4 groups, but history shows you will usually find a few people to ride with.

Matthews Cycling Club

Matthews Cycling Club, formerly Mojo Cycles, is a group of a few dozen cyclists riding together through the low-traffic areas of Matthews and Indian Trail, typically at an advanced pace exceeding 19mph. Our club maintains three well-marked routes that are easy to follow. All rides start from the public parking area in Matthews.

Ride Type: Road
The COCAC rolls every weekday from the corner of Carmel and Colony roads at 5:15AM, SHARP, Verizon time. The ride is 25.9 miles with 1,100 vertical feet of climbing and ends back at the starting point. This is a show and go ride and riders are welcome to carefully join or leave the ride at any point during the ride and should be prepared to communicate, navigate and and fix their own common mechanical issues. Headphones, tri-bikes, and brakeless single speed bikes are discouraged for safety reasons.
RHBC Tuesday/Thursday Night Rides

The Rock Hill Bicycle Club (RHBC) represents a collection of road, mountain, criterium, gravel, and track riders, and has been in existence since the late 1970's. Known for its growing sports market, York County is one of the fastest growing regions in the United States, just minutes south of Charlotte, NC. While many RHBC members reside in York County many others hail from neighboring Lancaster and Chester Counties as well as North Carolina cyclists from Mecklenburg, Gaston and Union Counties.

Major Taylor Trek Tuesday

Join us every week for the Major Taylor Trek Tuesday Ride, a fun and welcoming group ride designed to bring together cyclists of all levels. Hosted in partnership with Trek, this weekly ride is all about building community, improving your fitness, and enjoying the outdoors with fellow cycling enthusiasts.
Each Tuesday, we'll gather for a no-drop ride, meaning no one gets left behind. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to cycling, you'll find a supportive environment here. The route covers a scenic course through the Triangle area, giving you the chance to explore beautiful local roads while riding at a comfortable pace. Post-ride, stick around for some great conversations and fellowship with like-minded cyclists.
